We invite all persons interested in attending the conference to proceed as follows:
1. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Fill in the online abstract registration form below available from 5 February 2020 to 25 June 2021.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT
After submitting the registration form, the corresponding authors will be notified of paper acceptance or non-acceptance via e-mail by 1 July 2021 at the latest. In the case of multiple authors, only the submitter (contact author) will be notified. He or she is responsible for notifying co-authors.
After the corresponding author receives the notification of acceptance, all participants should pay the participation fee by 10 July 2021 at the latest.
Payment of the conference registration fee starts upon receiving the acceptance notification and it should be made in EUR.

Registration fee includes online access to all paper sessions, all registration and conference materials.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration cancellations must be submitted via e-mail at cgr.centre@ubbcluj.ro, if possible before 1 August 2021.
In case of cancellations later than 1 August 2021, no refund will be made.
