We invite all persons interested in attending the conference to proceed as follows:

 

1. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Fill in the online abstract registration form below available from 5 February to 15 May 2020.

 

2. INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT
After submitting the registration form, the corresponding authors will be notified of paper acceptance or non-acceptance via e-mail by 1 June 2020 at the latest. In the case of multiple authors, only the submitter (contact author) will be notified. He or she is responsible for notifying co-authors.

After the corresponding author receives the notification of acceptance, all participants should pay the participation fee by 15 June 2020 at the latest.

Payment of the conference registration fee starts upon receiving the acceptance notification and it should be made in EUR either online or on site, at the conference registration desk.

    1. Registration fee includes entrance to all paper sessions, welcome cocktail and evening tour of Cluj Napoca (9 August), afternoon trip to Pata Rât (11 August), gala dinner (13 August), opening and closing ceremony, coffee breaks, lunch, all registration and conference materials.
    2. BS, MSc, PhD students get a 50% discount. To be eligible for the student registration fee, documentary evidence of this status such as official transcript or copy of a valid student ID card must be submitted when registering. Without this documentation, full registration fee will be applied.
    3. Payment of the accompanying person fee provides access to all paper sessions, evening tour of Cluj-Napoca (9 August), opening and closing ceremony, coffee breaks, lunch. 

       Travel expenses to Cluj-Napoca and accommodation are not included.

       

      ADDITIONAL FEES
      Optional one-day field trip to the Apuseni Mountains: 30 EUR
      The fee can be paid on site, at the registration desk.

       

        CANCELLATION POLICY
        All registration cancellations must be submitted via e-mail at cgrcluj@gmail.com, if possible before 1 July 2020.
        Cancellations before 1 July 2020 will receive refund minus 50 EUR of the conference fee paid by the participant.
        In case of cancellations later than 1 July 2020, no refund will be made.
